How I can support you as a Divorce Coach

As a CDC Certified Divorce Coach®, I focus on the non-legal, non-therapeutic aspects of divorce. My role is to provide structured, practical, and forward-looking support to help you make clear, informed decisions during a highly emotional transition.

Emotional & Mental Support

I help you manage the emotional impact of divorce such as shock, fear, anger, guilt, and uncertainty, so emotions do not take over your decisions. My coaching supports calm thinking, emotional steadiness, and confidence throughout the process.

Decision-Making Support

I work with you to clarify what truly matters, children, finances, stability, and long-term wellbeing. I help you think strategically and with a long-term perspective, so your decisions are intentional rather than reactive or emotionally driven.

Communication Strategy

I coach you on how to communicate effectively with your spouse or former spouse. This includes reducing conflict, preparing for difficult conversations, and maintaining clear boundaries, especially in emotionally charged situations.

Co-Parenting Guidance

With a strong child-focused approach, I support parents in making decisions that prioritise children’s wellbeing, establishing routines, boundaries, and parenting structures, and managing communication and interaction with the other parent.

Navigating the Divorce Process

I help you understand what to expect at each stage of the divorce journey. I support organisation, timelines, and preparation, helping you stay grounded and on track as the process unfolds.

Preparation for Legal Engagements

While I do not act as your lawyer in my coaching role, I help you prepare emotionally and practically for interactions with legal professionals. This includes organising your thoughts, clarifying your questions, and communicating clearly and confidently.
